Growing the confidence needed in students in order to excel in high school.
Thank you for checking out my website. My goal is to provide personalized math tutoring to 4th-8th graders. I am passionate about helping each student build a strong foundation and gain confidence in their math skills. Whether we meet in person or online through Zoom, I work with each student to identify their strengths and weaknesses and tailor my teaching approach to meet their needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive learning environment where students can thrive and grow!
The Why...
I have been very lucky to have so many resouces that have allowed me to succeed in math. I had incredible math teachers in elementary and middle school as well as a strong foundation in Algebra from the Kumon program. And not to mention my grandma is a retired math teacher! Even with all these resources the transition into high school level math showed that I had some holes in my foundations in math. By putting in extra work I was able to keep up and eventually excel at math. It is now my favorite subject!
